Shipping policy

Walking In The Deep (operated by Lizard King LLC) ships print-on-demand apparel and merch made to order.

Processing: Orders usually enter production within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the item and fulfillment partner.

Shipping: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking by email. Transit times vary by destination and carrier (often about 3–10 business days within the U.S.). Holidays and high-volume periods can add delay.

International: We may ship internationally where our fulfillment partners allow. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages lost or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address you entered.
